Patricia M. Davis, 24, 4740 East Lake Road, Burt, and Ralph X. Gillon, 44, 421 Main St., Niagara Falls, were each charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. Gillon was also charged with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana. Davis' charges also included criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument, vehicle and traffic violations.

Patricia Davis
According to a report filed by the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Davis ran a red light at the intersection of the Lockport Bypass and Robinson Road at approximately 4:30 p.m. Sunday and was pulled over on Transit Road. During the traffic stop, police became suspicious and asked to search her car, turning up hypodermic needles and various pills. They also turned up marijuana, $1,390 cash, heroin and various pills on her passenger, Gillon, the report said.

Both were transported to Niagara County Jail. Davis was held on $500 bail and is set to appear in Town of Lockport Court on April 24, while Gillon's bail was set at $25,000 and he is to appear back in court on Thursday.

Davis also had an active warrant out of the City of Niagara Falls for violation of probation. The warrant was faxed to IPO and a detainer was placed on Davis.
