Claire Beaulieu of Locpkport was one of Nazareth College Department of Art's Undergraduate Award winners for the 2013-2014 academic year.
Her piece, "Self Portrait on a Map," won the Marion & Robert Tucker Printmaking Award.
The Nazareth College Department of Art's annual Undergraduate Student Art Show, featuring the work of nearly 60 students, was on display in the Arts Center Gallery. Collectively, the more than 150 pieces represented a variety of styles and media, including aquatints, ceramics, etchings, illustrations, metals, paintings, photography, prints, sculpture, and more.
The Nazareth College Department of Art offers undergraduate programs in studio art, art education, visual communication design, and art history. The College offers graduate programs in art education and art therapy.
In the past decade, Nazareth has built two state-of-the-art galleries to serve the College and the community. Exhibitions in the Arts Center Gallery and Colacino Gallery are free of charge and open to the public.
