Local Author Janet A. Pfaff will share her story at a book signing in East Amherst on Saturday.
Pfaff has written Unfinished Rhapsody: The Other Side of Fame - A Mother's Story About the Loss of Her Famous Daughter. It is a story about a mother’s journey through grief and how God used this experience to give her a platform and a bridge to kids struggling with drugs, and peer pressure.
Kristen Pfaff was the bass guitarist for Courtney Love in the band Hole. She died of an accidental overdose nearly 20 years ago, two months after the suicide of Love's husband and Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain
The book signing will be held Saturday from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Blue Lady located in Swormville Station, 9912 Transit Road, East Amherst.
