A Lockport man reported Monday evening to Niagara County Sheriff's deputies that sometime over the weekend, someone removed ash wood from a utility trailer on Old Saunders Settlement Road.
The man told deputies that it was the second occasion for someone removing wood from the property.
Taken was approximately one face chord of unsplit ash wood from the trailer with a value of about $150.
