Upon stopping a vehicle for no front plate, New York State Police say the driver, a Newfane man, was found with marijuana.
According to the report filed, 20-year-old Henry Connor was in possession of marijuana and a multi-colored glass pipe.
Connor was issued a traffic ticket and an appearance ticket directing him to appear in the Town of Newfane Court at a later date.
