Jennifer Cascia of Lockport was one of 158 students from the State University of New York at Potsdam to recently be awarded their baccalaureate and master's degrees.
Cascia earned a degree in Childhood/Early Childhood Education in December.
SUNY Potsdam was founded in 1816, and located on the outskirts of the Adirondack Park. It is one of America's first 50 colleges. There are approximately 4,350 undergraduate and graduate students at the school.
Home to the world-renowned Crane School of Music, SUNY Potsdam is known for its handcrafted education, challenging liberal arts and sciences core, excellence in teacher training and leadership in the performing and visual arts.
