The winter storm continues to take its toll on area power lines, taking out service to 171 National Grid customers in Rapids.

Power is expected to return to those customers by 8:15 p.m. Power is still expected to return to the 50-or-so customers in Wolcottsville and the handfull of customers in Gasport before 8 p.m.
