A Robinson Road man told Niagara County Sheriff's Deputies on Thursday that while cleaning the second floor hallway in his apartment, he found a bag of white powder in the fire extinguisher box.
The man told patrol that he opened the bag and tasted the white powder. The man said that the unknown white substance definitely was not flour or sugar, "in fact it tasted terrible."
Patrol took the property and turned it into the evidence locker for destruction.
