A Ridge Road resident in the town of Hartland told Niagara County Sheriff's deputies on Wednesday that he believes a neighbor has been vandalizing his apartment.

According to the report, the woman says an unknown person "smeared dog feces on the outside doorknob of her apartment door." She also says that someone has also let the air out of the tires on her vehicle and cut a cord cut on an air conditioning unit she had on the front porch.

The woman believed she knew who the culprit was but NCSO had not been able to interview the neighbor.
