The National Weather Service calls for partly sunny skies today with a high near 79 and a low around 61.
Monday, there's a chance of showers and thunderstorms with a high near 83 and a low around 61. Tuesday, there's a chance of showers and thunderstorms with a high near 72 and a low around 44. Wednesday will be partly sunny with a high near 58 and a low around 43.
Thursday will be partly sunny with a high near 64 and a low around 47. Friday will also be mostly sunny with a high near 69 and a low around 46. Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 69.

NEWFANE — The Newfane Historical Society's annual Apple Blossom Festival — with all the fixin's — will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the corner of West Creek and Ide roads.
The annual event features a flea market and craft vendors, live performances, historical demonstrations, re-enactments, food, food and food — including apple butter, baked goods, beef on weck, hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, salt potatoes, popcorn, apple cakes, pies, and of course Art Gladow's famous chicken chowder.
Exhibits on display during the festival include the general store, Hrvol House Museum, a one-room schoolhouse, blacksmith shop and their permanent Civil War encampment.
