BUFFALO -- The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team has recalled forward Justin Bailey from the Rochester Americans (AHL).

Bailey (6’3”, 210 lbs., 7/1/1995) joins the Sabres for his first career recall after a stretch which has seen him compile 11 points (5+6) in his last eight AHL games. Through the first 47 games of his professional career, Bailey ranks second among Rochester skaters in goals (10) and fourth in points (23), and leads the team with 104 shots.

A Buffalo native, Bailey was selected by the Sabres in the second round (52nd overall) of the 2013 NHL Draft before finishing his OHL career with 148 points (76+72) in 168 games with the Kitchener Rangers and Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds.
