MONTREAL -- Ten different Buffalo Sabres had points Wednesday night as they beat the Montreal Canadiens 4-2 at Centre Bell.
Marcus Foligno started the scoring for Buffalo 5:10 into the first period, assisted by Zemgus Girgensons and Cody Franson.
Montreal tied the game and took the lead in the second period on a power play goal by Dale Weise at 3:19, assisted by Max Pacioretty and P.K. Subban -- and then a goal at 11:04 by Alex Galchenyuk, assisted by Tomas Plekanec.
From there, it was all Buffalo, starting with a Jamie McGinn power play goal at 7:34 of the third period, assisted by Rasmus Ristolainen and Jack Eichel. At 11:46, Johan Larsson scored with the held of Jake McCabe and Franson. A Brian Gionta empty-netter at 19:47 sealed the deal. Ryan O'Reilly assisted.
The Sabres, 21-26-4, play the Boston Bruins tonight in Buffalo at 7 p.m.
