A 35-year-old man stands charged with making a telephone threat to a Lockport bank, according to New York State Police.
Richard D. Brady was charged with second-degree aggravated harassment following a lengthy investigation by NYSP, and Town of Tonawanda PD stemming from the incident, which police say occurred on Dec. 17.
Brady was located on Meyer Road in the Town of Amherst and taken into custody. He was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail.
