TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 31-year-old Buffalo man was charged Sunday with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on South Transit Road.
According to New York State Police, Reginald L. Williams was also charged with driving with no plate lamp and moving from lane unsafely. Williams was transported to SP Lockport where he refused to take a breath test, police say.
He was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He is scheduled to re-appear on Thursday.
