TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 29-year-old Dysinger Road woman was charged Nov. 24 with having a forged inspection sticker, as well as driving without insurance and driving without a valid registration.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, Jessica Anne Besse was stopped on Beattie Avenue after patrol noticed that the inspection sticker appeared to be affixed improperly -- it was taped on -- and a DMV computer check showed that the vehicle's registration expired on Nov. 7 and that the inspection ran out in June of 2014.
Besse was charged and given appearance tickets to Town of Lockport Court for Dec. 10.
