TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 19-year-old Lockport woman was charged Tuesday by New York State Police with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to the arrest report, Bethany Hall was stopped for speeding on South Transit Road and subsequently found to be in possession of approximately 30 Alprazolam pills not prescribed to her and approximately 5 grams of marijuana in a small clear plastic bag.
Hall was transported to SP Lockport for processing where she was issued Appearance Ticket and a Traffic Ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court on Jan. 14.
