TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 20-year-old Lockport man was charged Friday with possession of a sexual performance of a child, a felony.
According to New York State Police Bureau of Criminal Investigation and the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office, David A. Drury possessed images he received from a Canadian citizen.
Drury was arraigned in the Town of Lockport Court and was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to appear in the City of Lockport Court on at a later date.
