TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 37-year-old Town of Lockport man was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree criminal mischief and second-degree harassment, accused of cutting his neighbor's cable.
According to New York State Police, a lengthy investigation revealed that Christopher J. Laubacker had intentionally cut his neighbor's Time Warner cable line, causing an unknown amount of damage.
Laubacker was transported to SP Lockport for processing. He was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the Town of Lockport Court on Jan. 7.
