TOWN OF LOCKPORT -- A 41-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged Friday with DWI, improper start, no signal and moving from the lane unsafely.
According to New York State Police, Brad A. Fisher was driving his motorcycle unsafely on Robinson Road in the Town of Lockport prior to the traffic stop that resulted in his arrest.
Fisher was determined to be intoxicated and was transported to SP Lockport for processing which revealed a 0.15% blood alcohol content. He is due to return to Town of Lockport Court on Jan. 14.
