ROYALTON -- A 40-year-old Lockport woman was charged Monday with felony third-degree criminal mischief, accused of damaging a family member's car.
According to New York State Police, Kimberly A. Gray "was in a very intoxicated state when Troopers arrived to a residence in the Town of Royalton. Investigation revealed Gray had an verbal argument with family members and scratched the paint from the vehicle parked in the garage."
With the assistance of Middleport PD, Gray, who was combative, was immediately transported to SP Lockport for processing. During processing, Gray became unresponsive but breathing and was transported to Eastern Niagara Hospital by EMS. She was released from the hospital on Wednesday, arraigned in the Town of Lockport and remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bail.
