BUFFALO — The Buffalo Sabres today announced that defenseman Mike Weber will again donate Sabres tickets to soldiers this season as part of the “Tickets for Troops” program, and Matt Moulson will work with the Wounded Warrior Project to provide a pair of seats to every game.

Weber will give a pair of tickets to a different military member from Western New York, starting with the Oct. 8 home opener against Ottawa, and continuing for each of Buffalo’s 40 remaining regular season home games this season. In addition, Moulson will provide a pair of tickets each game to a member of the Wounded Warrior Project, which assists troops with service-related injuries. The seats are located in the 100 Level and each soldier from both programs will receive a Sabres jersey at the game.

The Wounded Warrior Project’s mission is to honor and empower Wounded Warriors with a vision to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of service members in our nation's history.
