ENP STAFF REPORTS

The Lockport Police Department will hold a public forum Thursday discussing the dangers or methamphetamine in the community.
The informational session will be held at 6:30 p.m. in the Common Council chambers in the Municipal Building, 1 Locks Plaza.
"This is a dangerous drug that is becoming more popular," says LPD, who encourages students, parents, teachers, and especially landlords to attend.
In the past month, a city man and woman were charged with operating a mobile meth lab when they were pulled over on Walnut Street, and another city man and woman were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine on Pine Street.
