Robert C. Heintz entered into rest September 16, 2015 at the Niagara Hospice House.
Born September 21, 1936 in Buffalo, he was the son of Charles and Dorothy (Paeplow) Heintz. Robert served in the US Army and was a plumber with the Plumbers Union Local 36 and retired from Washington Mills. Bob married Nancy Labart May 8, 1965 at St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Eggertsville. He was a life member of the U.S. Power Squadron, Habitat for Humanity where he did plumbing work.
Beloved husband of Nancy Heintz. Brother in law of James (late Norma) Tanevich. Uncle of Susan (David Isch) Robertson, Charles (Mary) Tanevich, Lynn (Philip) Kinkade) and Karen (Chris) Mosgeller.
Relatives and friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 on Sunday at the Taylor & Reynolds Funeral Home, corner of Transit and Niagara Streets, where the funeral service will be held on Monday at 9:30AM. Interment Acacia Park Cemetery. Memorials to Niagara Hospice or Habitat for Humanity would be appreciated by the family.
