Anthony J. Murty, 48, 4505 Lake Ave., was charged around 12:15 a.m. with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, an equipment violation, and a traffic device violation. According to the LPD arrest report, Murty was traveling south on Pine Street and failed to stop for a stop light. When he was pulled over, he was found to have a suspended license. He is due in City Court on Monday.
Bashawn A. Wright, 22, 605 E. High St,. Apt. 2, was charged around 11:20 a.m. Wednesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD report, Wright was stopped by LPD as a possible suspect in an altercation on Franklyn Street and found to be driving without a valid license. He was arraigned Wednesday afternoon.
Hannah R. Ryvolt-Acer, 18, 1854 Johnson Creek Road, was charged around 9:45 p.m. Tuesday with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and an equipment violation. According to the LPD report, Ryvolt-Acer was stopped on South Transit Street for having no headlights on. She was found to be driving without a valid license. She is due in City Court Monday morning.
Gregory A. Bentley, 33, 274 Washburn St., Apt. 1, was charged around 8:45 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree criminal impersonation. According to the arrest report, Bentley was seen on Cottage Street and known by patrol to have a warrant out in his name for an incident that occurred on Caledonia Street on July 16. When interviewed, however, Bentley gave a different name. In addition to the criminal impersonation, he was charged with third-degree burglary and petit larceny from the July 16 incident. He was due in City Court on Wednesday on all three charges.
Ashley D. Wallace, 325 Michigan St., Apt. B, was charged around 5:20 p.m. Tuesday with endangering the welfare of a child and second-degree harassment. According to the LPD arrest report, Wallace struck a city woman in the face while that woman was holding a one-year-old child. She was to be in City Court Wednesday morning.
