BURT — A 28-year-old Lockport-Olcott Road man was charged Friday morning with child endangerment.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau, Adam P. Bootes was charged with one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was arraigned in the Town of Newfane Court and remanded to the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. A return date of Tuesday was set.
