NIAGARA FALLS — A 25-year-old Lockport woman, stopped by New York State Police for having tinted windows, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana on Friday.
According to NYSP, Samantha J. Danley had in her possession, a cigar containing approximately one gram of marijuana and a plastic baggie with approximately three grams of marijuana.
She was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Niagara Falls Court on Sept. 8.
