Anthony M. Sammarco, 18, 27 Cave St., Rear Apt. was charged around 6:50 a.m. with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree aggravated harassment. According to the LPD arrest report, Sammarco had been calling and threatening a city woman who has a full order of protection against him. He was due in City Court this morning.

Cranston C. Blanks, III, 42, 127 Brookgreen Road, Castle Hayne, N.C., was charged around 10:25 p.m. Wednesday with DWI and speeding. According to police, Blanks was stopped for speeding and determined to be intoxicated. He is due in City Court on Monday.

A 17-year-old Price Street male was charged around 2:50 a.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt. According to LPD, the male was found in the bedroom of a city female around 2:30 a.m. He was due in City Court on Wednesday.

Kevin L. Bell, 43, 178 Green St., Upper Apt., was charged around 11:35 p.m. Monday with DWI, speeding, and a breath test violation. According to LPD, Bell was stopped for speeding and found to be intoxicated. He refused to take a breath test to determine alcohol content. He was due in City Court on Wednesday.

Thomas F. Klem, 58, 6608 Tonawanda Creek Road, was charged around 11:20 p.m. Monday with unlawful possession of marijuana and failure to keep right. According to the arrest report, Klem was stopped for a traffic infraction and found to be in possession of marijuana. He is due in City Court on Tuesday.

Patrick T. Steiner, 27, 6 Harvey Ave., was charged around 1 a.m. Sunday with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Steiner had a physical altercation with a city woman. He was due in City Court on Monday.
