Angelo J. Bauer, 44, 211 6th St., Niagara Falls, was charged around 1:45 p.m. with two counts of petit larceny. According to the LPD arrest report, Bauer stole a 16-ounce can of beer from 7-Eleven around 9:33 p.m. Wednesday. He also is accused of stealing to Four Lokos around 10:50 a.m. Wednesday. He is slated for City Court on Monday.

Joseph A. Scanlan D’Angelo was charged around 1:04 a.m. with DWI, unlawful possession of marijuana, driving without a valid inspection sticker, first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and an equipment violation. According to LPD, He was stopped for an equipment violation on Washburn Street and found to be intoxicated. He was also found to have a bag of marijuana in his right shoe and to have been driving without a valid license. He is slated for City Court on Monday.

Zachary S. Baldwin, 22, 6773 Minnick Road, Lot 40, was charged around 1:22 a.m. with a sanitation violation from the City Building Inspection Department. According to LPD, he was arrested on a warrant while a passenger in a traffic stop. He is due in City Court on Tuesday.

Walter A. Gardner III, 39, 80 Olcott St., Apt. 213, was charged around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday with two counts of fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree burglary, and petit larceny. According to LPD, on Aug. 8, Gardner punched a car window of a city woman, causing it to crack. In a separate incident, he also allegedly took the woman’s Amazon Kindle and threw it, cracking the screen. He turned himself in on Wednesday and was arraigned in City Court.

James B. Robinson, 51, 13174 Sunset Parkway, Waterport, Fla, was charged around 2:18 a.m. Wednesday with DWI, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to signal, operating out of class, and a breath test violation. According to the arrest report, Robinson was stopped by LPD on Genesee Street while riding a motorcycle. He was determined to be intoxicated but refused a breath test. He is due in City Court Monday morning.
