The FBI raided numerous Kingsmen clubhouses in Western New York, including the one in Lockport.
Lockport Police Department Chief Larry Eggert confirmed for East Niagara Post that LPD assisted the FBI "early this morning" in raiding the Lockport Kingsmen Club on North Transit Road.
"I know they went down there. I know they raided the club. I don't know a lot about the background of it at all," Eggert said. "It's their case. They're going to be the ones to have to comment on it."
The FBI, however, is mum on the issue, citing "sealed warrants."
Other Kingsmen clubhouses said to be raided were in Olean, Niagara Falls, Buffalo, Delevan and North Tonawanda.
The Kingsmen motorcycle group has been under investigation since a pair of execution-style homicides of Paul Maue and Daniel “DJ” Szymanski in North Tonawanda in 2014 — possibly before.
