Niesha M. Lockett, 24, 417 22nd St., Apt. 1, Niagara Falls, was charged around 9:25 a.m. Monday with second-degree aggravated harassment. According to the LPD report, Lockett threatened to kill a city woman and smash the woman’s windows. She is also accused of threatening another city woman and two juveniles. Lockett turned herself in to LPD on Monday and was arraigned in City Court.
Rory J. Styres, 47, 80 Genesee St., Apt. 4, was charged around 10:12 p.m. Sunday with first-degree criminal contempt and second-degree harassment. According to the LPD arrest report, Styres pushed a city woman, who fell to the ground, violating an order of protection. He was due in City Court this morning.
David L. Stanley, 21, 374 East Ave., Apt. 3, was charged around 1:31 a.m. Sunday with second-degree obstruction of government administration. According to the LPD report, patrol was investigating a complaint and Stanley refused to allow patrol entry to his residence. He was physically moved and placed under arrest then began screaming profanities at arresting officers. He was due in City Court Monday.
