BUFFALO — Kimberly Mitchell of Lockport received a Certificate of Recognition for Community Engagement - Active Citizen award as part of Buffalo State's Celebration of Service.
The annual event, held May 5, was sponsored by the Volunteer and Service-Learning Center. It recognized campus community members for outstanding community service.
Last year, Buffalo State students, faculty, and staff performed almost 481,000 hours of service.
Buffalo State is part of the State University of New York. We offer more than 170 undergraduate programs in the arts, education, professional studies, and science on our 125-acre campus located in the heart of Buffalo's cultural corridor.
