Justine Mitchell Kane, 26, 344 Walnut St., was charged around 12:35 p.m. Friday with fourth-degree criminal mischief. According to the LPD report, Kane kicked in the door of a Gooding Street home on April 24 in an attempt to get property she had left there. She is due in City Court on Monday.

A 16-year-old Price Street male was charged around 8:02 a.m. Friday with disorderly conduct. According to the LPD report, the teen was violent and verbally abusive to his mother, causing damage in their home. He was slated for City Court on Friday.

Shawn P. Murphy, 55, 267 Niagara St., was charged around 1:30 a.m. Friday with fourth-degree grand larceny and attempted unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD report, Murphy took a vehicle belonging to a Niagara Street woman without permission. Murphy was found at a local bar, while the car was found on Sweetwood Drive in the Town of Lockport.

Christopher O. Clayton, 32, 62 Webb St., Apt. 2, was charged around 9:07 p.m. Thursday with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Clayton struck a city woman in the face with a closed fist. He is due in City Court on Monday.

Derrick T. Washburn Jr., 19, 182 North Transit St., was charged around 6:33 p.m. Thursday with possession and discharge of a BB gun. According to the police report, police were called to the North Transit Street address for a report of people shooting BB guns and throwing rocks at a passing train. When patrol arrived, Washburn admitted to having the BB gun and pointing it at the train, but said it had no BBs in it and he didn’t fire it. He is due in City Court on May 12. The BB gun was taken by patrol.
