Lockport's Memorial Day ceremonies will begin at 8 a.m. Sunday with a series of wreath layings. Following the Memorial Day Parade at 1 p.m., there will be an open house at the VFW Post 2535 on Caledonia Street.

SCHEDULE: 

8:10 a.m. - Procession leaves VFW
8:25 a.m. - Cold Springs Cemetery (William Leonard grave)
8:40 a.m. - St. Patrick's Cemetery (flagpole)
8:50 a.m. - Glenwood Cemetery (circle in new section)
9:00 a.m. - Outwater Park (monument)
9:15 a.m. - Ida Fritz Park (monument)
9:30 a.m. - Grossi Park (flagpole)
9:45 a.m. - Summit Park (monument)
9:55 a.m. - Altro Park (flagpole)
10:10 a.m. - Veterans Park (flagpole and monument)
11:00 a.m. - Ceremony at Cold Springs Cemetery
Noon - Parade lineup at Veterans Park
1:00 p.m. - Parade kickoff from Veteran Park down Main Street to City Hall.
3:00 p.m. - Open house at the VFW.
