Eric A. Ellis, 36, 6000 E. Main St., Olcott, was charged around 8:58 p.m. Wednesday with second-degree criminal contempt and fourth-degree witness tampering. According to the LPD arrest report, Ellis called a City of Lockport woman several times to ask her not to show up for a court case. The woman had an order of protection against Ellis. Ellis is due in City Court on Monday.

Leah A. Cutter, 23, 7064 Northview Dr., was charged around 1:42 a.m. Wednesday with speeding, driving without a valid inspection sticker and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the LPD arrest report, Cutter was stopped for speeding on South Transit Street and found to be driving without a valid license. She is due in City Court on Monday.

John G. Cuillo, 58, 263 Green St., was charged around 8 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree assault. According to the LPD arrest report, Cuillo assaulted a City of Lockport woman, injuring her. He was to be in City Court on Wednesday.

A 16-year-old Vine Street male was charged around 3:38 p.m. Tuesday with third-degree criminal mischief and unlawful possession of marijuana. According to the LPD arrest report, the teen threw a rock through the windshield of a vehicle on Water Street. When the teen was being interviewed by LPD following his arrest for criminal mischief, he was found to have marijuana on him. He was due in City Court on Wednesday.
