Wilbert Honore, 54, 824 South Main St., Medina, was charged around 9:45 a.m. Monday with petit larceny and third-degree criminal trespassing. According to the LPD arrest report, on Feb. 22, Honore took two Needle Nose Gar (fish) from Pets Plus on West Avenue without paying. He turned himself in Monday morning and was arraigned in City Court.
Rory J. Styres, 47, 80 Genesee St., was charged around 1 a.m. Monday with petit larceny and possession of stolen property. According to the police report, Styres stole a cell phone from a city woman. He was slated for City Court on Monday.
John H. Washburn, 35, 24 Jackson St., Attica, was charged around 11:20 p.m. Sunday with having an unattended vehicle in the Gulf gas station parking lot, 274 Walnut St. He is due in City Court today.
Tammy L. Kathke, 45, 1616 10th St., Apt. 1, Niagara Falls, was charged around 6:02 p.m. Saturday with petit larceny and fifth-degree possession of stolen property. According to the LPD arrest report, Kathke took $66.77 in personal hygiene products from Rite Aid, 130 Washburn St. She was to be in City Court Monday morning.
