Morgan T. Davis, 24, 19 Orchard St., Upper Apt., was charged around 2:05 a.m. with second-degree harassment. According to the LPD report, Davis struck a city man and broke items. She is slated for City Court on Tuesday.

Connie D. Tyson, 50, 1357 Linwood Ave., Niagara Falls, was charged around 1:08 p.m. Thursday with third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree auto stripping. According to the police report, Tyson broke the rear windshield of a city man in June of 2013. She turned herself in on Thursday. She is slated for City Court on Thursday.

Derrick T. Washburn Jr., 19, 182 North Transit St., Apt. 1, was charged around 6:45 p.m. Wednesday with third-degree criminal mischief. According to the LPD report, Washburn struck another man’s vehicle with an axe, causing damage to it. He is due in City Court on Tuesday.
