Jennifer R. Werth, 30, 31 Amelia St., was charged around 7:28 p.m. Friday with disorderly conduct. According to the LPD arrest report, Werth was in a physical altercation with another woman on Niagara Street. When police asked her to leave the area, she began yelling at a male and in the direction of the Niagara Street home where the altercation had occurred, causing a disturbance. She was charged and held on $100 bail with an appearance scheduled for Monday in City Court.
