TOWN OF LOCKPORT — A 29-year-old Lockport man was charged Thursday with petit larceny after New York State Police say he stole from his employer.
Neshon Q. Morley, while employed as a cashier at Tops Markets on South Transit Road, left to go on a 20-minute break and never returned, police say. It was later discovered that over $400 was missing from this cash drawer.
An arrest warrant was issued and Morley was located. He was transported to SP Lockport for processing and arraigned the Town of Lockport Court. He was remanded to Niagara County Jail in lieu of $250 cash/$500 bail.
