The Lockport Express added its own farm system at the conclusion of their inaugural season, starting their own league-sanctioned U16 and U18 teams.
In the first installment of the second season of East Niagara Post's YouTube series, "Catching Up With the Lockport Express," George Root and Craig Bacon discuss that with Junior A Coach Frank Vecchio and U16/18 Coach Lyle Rocker. The ENP correspondents also talk with a few of the Junior A players they apparently found wandering around Cornerstone Arena.
