ENP STAFF REPORTS
news@eastniagarapost.com
The aptly named Spring Fever Antique Fair will be held Friday and Saturday at the Kenan Center Arena.
This is the spring version of bi-annual event, which organizers promise to be bigger and better than ever with the widest variety yet of antiques and collectibles from upwards of 80 vendor booths on display from all over New York state and as far away as Columbus, Ohio.
No appraisals or presentations will be offered at the show this year, however there will once again be a basket raffle. Items have been donated by several of the vendors as well as area businesses with some prizes featuring antiques or collectibles as well as artwork. Proceeds will benefit the YWCA's anti-domestic-violence campaign. There will also be two door prize drawings; one for the shoppers and one for the dealers.
General admission is $3 per person from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday with an Early Bird Hour from 5 - 6 p.m. for a premium admission fee of $6 per person. Children 12 and under are admitted at no charge to this family-friendly event when accompanied by an adult. Discount admission coupons are available at NiagaraArtTrail.com. Food and beverages will be available for purchase, as will plenty of free parking. Porters will be available to help customers load purchases into their vehicles.
