BUFFALO — The Buffalo Sabres have announced the team has assigned forward Tim Schaller to the Rochester Americans of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Schaller, who has been shuffled back and forth between Buffalo and Rochester this season, has one goal and one assist in 14 games with the Sabres. He has 15 goals and 25 assists in 58 games played for the Amerks.
Buffalo plays the Arizona Coyotes Thursday at First Niagara Center. Buffalo and Arizona are the lowest and second-lowest seeded teams in the NHL respectively.
