Karen Gast's captured moment of a war re-enactor at Fort Niagara took the top prize Sunday at Market Street Studios' photo exhibit.
Gast's picture, "Contemplation," was awarded first place, while second place went to ENP Photographer Heather Grimmer for "Single Track Mind," and third place belonged to Keven Miller for his photo "Steel Fire."
The exhibit was judged by Richard Baird, who has won numerous awards himself and is also known for his re-enactment photos.
The exhibit runs through April 2.
