TOWN OF LOCKPORT — An 18-year-old City of Lockport woman was arrested on a City of Tonawanda warrant following an EMS call Thursday afternoon.
According to the Niagara County Sheriff's Office, South Lockport Vol. Fire Co. EMS responded to a South Transit Road address for a report of a drug overdose shortly after 1 p.m. When NCSO patrol arrived on scene, Emily R. Allen was responsive on the couch. Allen signed off with EMS and refused further care.
The Niagara County Drug Task Force and Criminal Investigations Bureau were both notified and responded. It was learned that Allen had an active warrant out of Tonawanda and was transported by NCSO to Shawnee Vol. Fire Co., where Tonawanda Police took custody of her.
