Harley D. Silcox, 20, 6773 Rapids Road, was charged around 12:50 a.m. Thursday with DWI, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, driving without a valid inspection and two equipment violations. According to the LPD report, Silcox was stopped on Washburn Street for having an inadequate muffler. He was found to be intoxicated and driving with a suspended license. He is due in City Court on Feb. 23.

Renee S. Esposito, 40, 1112 Lockwood Dr., was charged around 11 a.m. Thursday with second-degree criminal contempt. According to the LPD report, Esposito disobeyed a stay-away order against a city resident. She is due in City Court on Wednesday.

Jennifer E. Long, 35, 4 LeVan Ave., was charged around 7:42 p.m. Thursday with running a red light and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. According to the police report, Long was stopped for running a red light and found to be driving with a suspended license. She is due in City Court on Feb. 23.

Cindy M. Wemett, 33, 189 West Ave., Apt. 2, was charged around 7:45 p.m. Thursday with allowing a dog to bark and disorderly conduct. According to the LPD report, patrol responded to a complaint of a barking dog unattended outside. Shortly after patrol's arrival Wemett arrived, and became belligerent with patrol. She is due in City Court on Feb. 23.

Deandre L. Ingram, 29, 10836 Tacoma Ave., Cleveland, Ohio, was charged around 12:10 a.m. Friday with traffic violations, false personation, second-degree criminal impersonation and attempted unlawful possession. According to the arrest report, Ingram was stopped for failure to use a turn signal. When he was stopped, a male jumped out of the passenger seat and fled. Ingram admitted to patrol that he had marijuana on him, but gave patrol a false name and a fake Ohio driver's license. Ingram was held by LPD with court date of Feb. 23.

Danny D. Williams, 26, 364 Hawley St., Apt. 1, was charged around 1:15 a.m. with being a pedestrian in the roadway and false personation. According to the LPD report, Williams was stopped for walking in the roadway and gave police a fake name. He is due in City Court on Feb. 25.
