The Hartland Road drawbridge over the Erie Canal in Gasport saw a lot of foot traffic over the weekend as more than 100 runners participated in the annual Beast of Burden run. They dealt with freezing rain and ice. Today we will deal with snow. (HEATHER GRIMMER / ENP PHOTOGRAPHER)

The National Weather Service calls for snow today, mainly after noon with a high near 19 and a low around 13. New snow accumulation of 1 to 2 inches possible.

Tuesday, there's a chance of snow then gradually becoming mostly sunny with a high near 20 and a low around 10. Wednesday will be sunny with a high near 24 and a low around 14. Thursday, snow is likely with a high near 30 and a low around 21.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a high near 25 and a low around 6. Saturday will also be mostly cloudy with a high near 14 and a low around 7. Sunday, there's a chance of snow with a high near 16.
