Josue Quiros
RAPIDS — A Lyndonville man who had three license suspensions was charged Saturday morning with driving while intoxicated by Niagara County Sheriff's deputies.

According to the NCSO report, Josue Quiros, 30, 12721 Roosevelt Highway, Lyndonville, was reported  as having been seen driving recklessly on South Transit Road. NCSO caught up with Quiros on Rapids Road and observed him crossing the center line when he was pulled over.

After failing field sobriety tests, Quiros was determined to be intoxicated. He was also found to have a suspended driver's license for three different infractions: suspension for failure to pay driver responsibility assessment on March 16, 2010, and two suspensions out of Town of Hartland Court for failure to answer a summons on Oct. 5, 2014 and failure to pay a fine on Oct. 10, 2009.

Quiros was taken to Niagara County Jail and held on $250 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Town of Lockport Court on Tuesday.
