Christina L. Murphy, 27, 124 Elmhurst, was charged around 9:20 p.m. Tuesday with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, speeding, and using a vehicle without an interlock device. According to the LPD report, Murphy was stopped on South Transit Street for speeding and found to be driving with a revoked license. She was slated to be in City Court this morning.
