A 22-year-old Lockport man was charged Monday afternoon with multiple sex crimes against a victim younger than 13.
Michael D. Niles, 408 Walnut St., is accused of disseminating indecent material to a minor, luring a child, and first-degree sexual abuse for having sexual contact with the minor.
Niles was arraigned by Judge Bill Watson in Lockport City Court and is set to return at a later date.
