Brian McGuire
TOWN OF NIAGARA — A 26-year-old Niagara Falls man was charged Sunday with DWI ... then something awesome happened.

Following his arrest, Brian M. McGuire was processed at the Town of Niagara Trooper's barracks, where he was fingerprinted and had his photo taken. His Gene Simmons impersonation will likely be seen by tens of thousands of people.

McGuire had been traveling southbound on Mayflower Road in the Town of Niagara when he was stopped for failure to keep right, according to NYSP.

A strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from McGuire's breath. Standardized field sobriety tests were administered, which he failed. He was arrested for DWI and transported to SP Niagara for a breath test and processing. McGuire refused breath screening test and was issued citations returnable to the Town of Niagara Court on Jan. 26.
