For the second consecutive day, the brutal cold has shuttered Lockport schools, including DeSales Catholic School. Lockport school-age child care at DeSales, Anna Merritt, George Southard and Roy B. Kelley are also closed and the YMCA Preschool Pals class is canceled.
Other closings include:
- Barker Chocolate Box
- Christian Academy of WNY
- Lockport Day Habilitation
- MarJon School of Beauty
- Niagara County Head Start
- Sylvia's School of Dance
